Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from your AGOLDE wardrobe. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Jewelry (due to intimate nature)
  • Candles & Home Fragrances (once opened)
  • Final sale items marked “End of Season Clearance”

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Prepare Your Package

Carefully repack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

Step 2: Complete the Return Request Form

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

Email Body:
Dear AGOLDE Shop Team,

I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order (#[Your Order Number]). Below are the details:
– Item(s) to return: [Item Name(s) and SKU if available]
– Reason for return: [Please specify]
– Preferred resolution: [Refund to original payment method/Exchange for (specify size/color/item)]

I have included all original packaging and tags with the item(s). Please advise on next steps.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

After receiving your return authorization, ship your package to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns: Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs. Please mark your package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges. Note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
